Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RelateIntel (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RelateIntel.
Description of Service
RelateIntel is an enterprise relationship intelligence platform that maps corporate relationships, delivers autonomous research, provides interaction intelligence, and governs regulatory filings through the AegisLedger pipeline. The Service is intended for business use by insurance professionals, sales and business development teams, and compliance and risk professionals.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Access to administrative features is restricted to authorized roles.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: violating applicable laws; attempting to access data you are not authorized to view; reverse-engineering, scraping, or disrupting the platform; uploading malicious content; or using the Service to harass, defame, or harm others. AI-extracted intelligence must be verified before relying on it for decisions, and you are responsible for how you use the insights provided.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by RelateIntel and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. We retain a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.
Subscriptions and Payment
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed through our payment provider in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds, if any, are governed by our cancellation policy. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for outages, data loss, or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party failures or force majeure events.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Relationship intelligence and AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelateIntel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if your account is inactive, or to protect the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimer, and liability clauses — remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms and update the "last updated" date below. For material changes, we will provide notice through the platform or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
