Our Commitment
RelateIntel is committed to making our enterprise relationship intelligence platform accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We actively work to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and continually improve the usability of our application for everyone.
Accessible Features
We design and develop RelateIntel with accessibility in mind. Our interface supports keyboard navigation, logical heading structures, sufficient color contrast, resizable text, and descriptive labels for interactive elements. Interactive controls are operable without a mouse, and we avoid content that flashes more than three times per second.
Assistive Technology Support
Our pages are built to be compatible with commonly used screen readers and assistive technologies. We use semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, and accessible form controls so that users relying on screen readers, voice control, or switch devices can navigate and operate the platform effectively.
Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time milestone. We review our components for conformance when we add new features, and we use automated audits and manual testing to identify and resolve barriers. Feedback from real users drives our prioritization of accessibility improvements.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full conformance, some third-party integrations or data visualizations may present challenges for certain assistive technologies. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know so we can address it. We provide alternative ways to access the same information wherever a visualization is complex.
